Gomez made her professional debut in 2018 inΒ Raven's Home. She starred in the first season of theΒ NetflixΒ comedy seriesΒ The Baby-Sitters Club (2020). She gained wider recognition for playingΒ America ChavezΒ in theΒ Marvel Cinematic Universe filmΒ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness(2022). In 2023, she wonΒ season 32Β ofΒ Dancing with the Stars.
