Stephen ToussaintΒ (born 22 March 1965) is a British actor and writer. He first gained prominence through his role in theΒ ITVΒ crime dramaΒ The KnockΒ (1994β2000). He plays LordΒ Corlys VelaryonΒ in theΒ HBOΒ fantasy seriesΒ House of the Dragon.
His films includeΒ Shooting DogsΒ (2005) andΒ Prince of Persia: The Sands of TimeΒ (2010). On television, he appeared in the second series ofΒ Line of DutyΒ (2014), the ninth series ofΒ Lewis (2015), the Australian seriesΒ Pine GapΒ (2018), andΒ Small Axe:Β Red, White and BlueΒ (2020).
