Sasheer Zamata MooreΒ (/sΙΛΚΙͺΙrΒ zΙΛmeΙͺtΙ/; born May 6, 1986)Β is an American actress and stand-up comedian. She is best known for her tenure as a cast memberΒ on theΒ NBCΒ sketch comedyΒ seriesΒ Saturday Night LiveΒ from 2014 to 2017. Since she departed fromΒ SNL, she has garnered wider attention for her leading roles in the TV seriesΒ WokeΒ (2020β2022) andΒ Home EconomicsΒ (2021β2023). In 2024, Zamata starred asΒ Jennifer KaleΒ in theΒ Disney+Β Marvel Cinematic UniverseΒ showΒ Agatha All Along. She has also served as a celebrity ambassador for theΒ American Civil Liberties Union.
