Samara WeavingΒ (born 23 February 1992) is an Australian actress and model. Weaving began her career in Australian television with starring roles in the seriesΒ Out of the BlueΒ (2008) and the soap operaΒ Home and AwayΒ (2009β2013). She made her film debut in the crime filmΒ Mystery Road(2013).
Weaving achieved wider recognition as aΒ scream queen, starring in the comedy-horror filmsΒ Ready or NotΒ (2019) and its sequel, Ready or Not 2: Here I ComeΒ (2026). She also starred in the horror filmsΒ MayhemΒ (2017),Β The BabysitterΒ (2017),Β The Babysitter: Killer QueenΒ (2020), andΒ Scream VI (2023); the comedy filmsΒ Bill & Ted Face the Music (2020) andΒ The ValetΒ (2022); and the thriller filmsΒ Carolina CarolineΒ (2025) andΒ Over Your Dead BodyΒ (2026).
