Rebecca Louisa Ferguson SundstrΓΆmΒ (born 19 October 1983)Β is a Swedish actress. She is bilingual and has worked extensively in Sweden, Great Britain, and mainly in the United States. Ferguson began her television acting career in 1999 with the SwedishΒ soap operaΒ Nya Tider, and she made her motion picture debut in 2004 with the Swedish slasher filmΒ Drowning Ghost. She came to international prominence with her portrayal ofΒ Elizabeth WoodvilleΒ in the British BBC dramaΒ The White QueenΒ (2013), for which she was nominated for aΒ Golden GlobeΒ forΒ Best Actress in a Miniseries or Television Film.
Ferguson starred asΒ MI6Β agent Ilsa Faust, oppositeΒ Tom Cruise, in three of theΒ Mission: ImpossibleΒ films:Β Rogue NationΒ (2015),Β FalloutΒ (2018), andΒ Dead Reckoning Part OneΒ (2023).
