Nikolaj ArcelΒ (born 25 August 1972) is a DanishΒ filmmaker. He is best known for his 2012 filmΒ A Royal Affair, which won two prizes at theΒ Berlin International Film FestivalΒ and was nominated forΒ Best Foreign Language FilmΒ at theΒ Academy Awards, as well as the 2017 American filmΒ The Dark Tower.
