Warren Lee TamahoriΒ (June 17, 1950 β November 7, 2025) was a New Zealand film director. His feature directorial debut,Β Once Were WarriorsΒ (1994), was a widespread critical and commercial success, and is considered one of the greatest New Zealand films ever made. He also directed the James Bond film, Die Another Day.
