She became global prominence for her role asΒ Rose TicoΒ in theΒ Star WarsΒ sequel trilogyΒ filmsΒ The Last JediΒ (2017) andΒ The Rise of SkywalkerΒ (2019).Β She also voicedΒ RayaΒ in theΒ DisneyΒ filmΒ Raya and the Last DragonΒ (2021) and Dawn Betterman in theΒ DreamWorks AnimationΒ filmΒ The Croods: A New AgeΒ (2020).
