James Manning (born 18 December 1975) is a British key second assistant director. He began his journey in the industry in the early 2000s, contributing to projects such asΒ Rosemary & ThymeΒ (2004),Β Born EqualΒ (2006),Β Echo BeachΒ (2008), and the popular spy-espionage showΒ SpooksΒ (2009β2010). His work quickly elevated him to larger-scale productions, including serving as second assistant director onΒ Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger TidesΒ (2011).
