Hisako Akagi (θ΅€ζ¨ ε―Ώε, Akagi Hisako) is a Japanese art director and background artist. She is the wife of animator Arifumi Imai. While in art college, Akagi began working as a background artist as a part-time job, which is when she first discovered her fascination with the field. After graduating from college, she started her career as a background artist at Studio Pablo before joining Orange in 2016.
