Biography
Christopher David NothΒ (born November 13, 1954)Β is an American actor. He is known for his television roles asΒ NYPDΒ DetectiveΒ Mike LoganΒ onΒ Law & OrderΒ (1990β1995),Β BigΒ onΒ Sex and the CityΒ (1998β2004), and Peter Florrick onΒ The Good WifeΒ (2009β2016). He was nominated for theΒ Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor on TelevisionΒ forΒ Sex and the CityΒ in 1999 and forΒ The Good WifeΒ in 2010.
He reprised his role of Mike Logan onΒ Law & Order: Criminal IntentΒ (2005β2008), and reprised his role of Big in the filmsΒ Sex and the CityΒ (2008) andΒ Sex and the City 2Β (2010). He starred in the first two seasons of the 2021 revival ofΒ The Equalizer, onΒ CBS, and appeared inΒ And Just Like That..., the revival ofΒ Sex and the City.Β His roles in both series were curtailed after the emergence of multipleΒ sexual assault allegations against him in December 2021.
