Alden Caleb EhrenreichΒ (/ΛΙΙrΙnraΙͺk/;Β born November 22, 1989)Β is an American actor. He began his career by appearing in the television seriesΒ SupernaturalΒ (2005) and inΒ Francis Ford Coppola's filmsΒ TetroΒ (2009) andΒ TwixtΒ (2011). Following supporting roles in the 2013 filmsΒ Blue JasmineΒ andΒ Stoker, his breakthrough came in 2016 with a lead role in theΒ Coen brothers comedyΒ Hail, Caesar!, for which he gained praise.Β
Ehrenreich playedΒ Han SoloΒ inΒ Solo: A Star Wars StoryΒ (2018) and starred in the dystopian television seriesΒ Brave New WorldΒ (2020). In 2023, he had starring roles in the comedyΒ Cocaine Bear, the thrillerΒ Fair Play, and a supporting role inΒ Christopher Nolan's biographical filmΒ Oppenheimer.
